Routing Sheet

Routing sheet merupakan lembar routing proses yang harus dilalui oleh tiap- tiap komponen dari awal hingga akhir.

Data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam membuat routing sheet  yaitu data aliran proses produksi, fasilitas yang digunakan, jumlah produksi yang dibutuhkan, presentase scrap, efisiensi mesin dan waktu proses produksi material.

Routing sheet ini digunakan untuk :

-          Menghitung jumlah mesin yang diperlukan

-          Menghitung jumlah part yang harus dipersiapkan dalam usaha memperoleh

sejumlah produk jadi yang diinginkan

Keterangan:

A : Merupakan nama operasi pada masing

B : Mesin yang digunakan pada masing

C : Waktu yang dibutuhkan sebuah mesin dalam mengerjakan suatu proses

D : Rata-rata produk yang dihasilkan oleh suatu mesin dalam satu jam

E : Tingkat kemampuan mesin untuk bekerja

F : Kapasitas mesin Teoritis

G : Kegagalan proses dan tidak dapat digunakan lagi

H : Unit yang diproduksi per hari

I   : Jumlah wajan bolic yang disiapkan setelah adanya %scrap

  NB: Sesuai dengan aliran proses

*Waktu proses dan % scrap dilihat dari OPC

Jumlah yang diminta adalah 60 produk/jam sedangkan untuk beberapa produk yang mempunyai scrap diharapkan memiliki persediaan sesuai dengan persentase scrap yang berdasarkan OPC

By the way, do you know about rainbow cake? this cake have been famous. and everyone want to try it. no matter about the price. honestly I like the colour of cake. colourfull. when I tried the cake, hmm the taste is so yummy, because the cream is cream cheese. but if you don't like cheese, I suggest to try the cake in other cake shop because the taste different..
